To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. BluePalms will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

Access to certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes and should not be solely relied upon for business decisions.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the applicable courts, as determined by BluePalms.
12. Changes to Terms
